Dr. Prakriti Sharma,Seasoned Legal professional and PhD holder who has hands on experience in Cable Broadcasting and Telecom Industry for more than 8 years. She was associated with reputed organisations like Digicable Network (India) Private Limited and IndiaCast UTV Media Distribution Private Limited.  Represented matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Dehli, TDSAT, National Commission and State Commission.     Had the opportunity to be part of a major 2G spectrum case, Do not Disturb matter before the Supreme court, High Court respectively.  Liaised with Regulators viz. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (“TRAI”). Involved in the drafting of written communication on behalf of the company and technical and commercial interconnection, carriage and placement agreement, Distributor Agreements, DTH agreements. Drafted and negotiated the licensing, distribution, carriage marketing agreements, lease agreement and consultancy agreement, advised on content and related issues among others.
