Know your Rights & Responsibilities: <\/strong>To exercise your rights it is must to know the rights and similarly to fulfil your obligations know them clearly otherwise it may lead to breach<\/p>\n

Be Clear with Exist Terms: <\/strong>Based on the duration of Agreement and what are the consequences of termination or early termination, opt -out options and so on so forth.<\/p>\n

Avoid Ambiguous Terms: <\/strong>Always take out any ambiguous terms from the contract or alter it make it clear before signing instead of struggling after signing. As this may lead to conflict and dispute in future<\/p>\n

But it is better to delete all the unwanted and unrelated terms as that may in future add unwanted additional burden to you.\u00a0 Or unrelated term may be having hidden meaning which you are not aware.<\/p>\n
