Keen on exploring nuances of labour laws and employment issues concerning the business operations. Hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle and employment engagement activities to boost the morale and overall development of employees.  Experienced in ISO standard compliance, had a chance to be part of ISO coordination which helped in maintaining quality standards in the organisation and quality compliance in line with ISO standards.

Acted as welfare officer and looked after the employee safety concerns. Legal flair and human resource management exposure helps to understand the employment concerns, issues and problems including the pre-emptive actions from employer and employee with a holistic approach.

Presently involved in the designing the employment agreements, effectively drafting terms like non solicit, non-compete and confidentiality provisions. Active part of drafting POSH policies and training to implement  the same. Addressing employment concerns and advocating for employment rights by various means like  issuing legal notices and defending  employment matters or filing recovery suits. Blend of business and labour laws keeps me occupied.
